*This class can be an extension of Basic Crazy Quilting. Bring a crazy quilt square instead of the black fanbric.
Create an 8”x10” floral sampler using various embroidery stitches, ribbon roses, satin leaves, silk ribbon stitches and knotted stitches. Use buttons and beads to create flowers. Use ruching techniques and spider webs to finish off the piece. All these techniques pertain to crazy quilting, clothing design and landscape design.

SUPPLIES (Please refer to the basic supplies list also.)

• 1 rectangle 10”x 12” - black moiré, velveteen, silk noile.
• 10”x12”. iron-on stiffener - ironed to back of black fabric.
• 1 yd. each - Variety of 12 ribbons: satin, sheer, wire edged, 3/8”

to 1/2” wide.
• Nymo beading thread and beads
• Variety- needles – sharps, tapestry, chenille, embroidery,

darner
• Variety of Yarns & novelty threads: chenille, slubby, metallic’s.
• Variety of embroidery threads in dif. weights, solids, variegates.
• Buttons, doodads, pearls and doodads.
• Variety of 4mm. & 7mm. silk ribbon: variegates & solids
