Bumbles were Victorian toys made for babies. Later I saw a rooster bumble made with quilted squares and made a crazy quilt one for a friend. They are so much fun to make.

• Sewing Machine
• 2 - 6” sq. of muslin
• 8 - 9” sq. fancy fabrics, solids, textures, prints (satin, silk, poly, cotton, velvet)
• 1 - 1” sq. fancy fabric (for tail) ,
• 1 - 3 ” sq. of fancy fabric (for tail, 2nd part)
• 1 - 4” sq. red fabric-wattle & comb,
• 1 - 2” sq. gold fabric for beak
• Polyester fibre fill
• Variety-embroidery threads- metallic, silk, rayon, cotton
(solids, variegates)
• Nymo beading thread, beads - 2 black beads for eyes.
• Buttons and doodads, Lace and trims
• Variety of 4mm. silk ribbon – solids and variegates.
